Privacy Policy

Your data stays in your tenant. This document explains every exception, every collection point, and every retention rule.

   Who we are

   ATOWN X is a product of Analytics Town S.A., registered in Buenos Aires (Argentina), with operations in Madrid (Spain) and Miami (United States). When we refer to 'we', 'us', or 'ATOWN X' in this document, we mean Analytics Town S.A. and its affiliates.

   What we collect

   Account data (name, work email, company, country, phone) when you register or submit our lead form; product telemetry (events, latency, errors) anonymized at the user level; chat transcripts and form submissions you send through the public website. We never collect the content of customer-tenant data ingested into QuickLive, Brain, or Forge — that data stays in your tenant and we have no visibility into it.

   How we use it

   Account data: to respond to your inquiry and provide the contracted service. Telemetry: to operate the product, debug, and bill credit consumption. Lead form data: to schedule demos and follow up on commercial conversations. We do not sell data, ever. We do not train our models on your data, ever.

4. 04

   Where it lives

   Public website data (leads, marketing-tenant) is stored on Neon (a Postgres provider) in the us-east-2 region (Ohio, United States). Product tenants are provisioned in the customer's chosen region — by default us-east-2, with EU and SA options available on request. Backups are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and retained for 30 days.

   Your rights

   You can request access, rectification, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data at any time. Write to ricardo.d@analyticstown.com with the request and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

6. 06

   Subprocessors

   We use the following subprocessors: Neon (database), Clerk (authentication), Anthropic (AI models, no data retention), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email). A current list with their respective DPAs is available on request.
